Introduction

Michael is an award winning attorney who will meet Thumbtack clients at their location and aggressively pursue your case with his team of experts. Every detail matters when pursuing your financial recovery! TRUST BIG AWARDS, NOT BIG PROMISES: 1) "Trusted by Dale" Certified by GA's Favorite Consumer Advocate 2) Lifetime Member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum (0.04% of GA lawyers) 3) American Academy of Trial Attorneys - "Premier 100" 4) The National Trial Lawyers - "Top 100 Trial Lawyers" 5) National Academy of Personal Injury Attorneys - "Top 10 Under 40" 6) American Society of Legal Advocates - "Top 40 Under 40" 7) The National Trial Lawyers - "Top 40 Under 40" 8) Invited to Gerry Spence's exclusive "Trial Lawyers College" 100% FOCUSED ON INJURY LAW ONLY: We aren't distracted with other areas of law. Instead, we take the time to document all of the ways your injury has affected your life. Wrongful death, car accidents, motorcycle wrecks, trucking accidents, DUI victims and more. I genuinely enjoy helping the injured obtain a fair recovery from their accident. This is similar to the other question about "how did I decide to get in my line of work" -- I come from a family of 20+ medical doctors and so helping the injured seems natural to me.

Q&A

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
I regularly attend continuing legal education courses and have been asked to participate and speak on a panel later this year. I am also now attending courses at The Trial Lawyers College for trial lawyers, where I am working hard to master my skills in front of a jury.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
I come from a family of 20+ medical doctors, including both my grandmother and grandfather. When I began practicing law it didn't take long for me to gravitate toward helping the injured because it was familiar to me.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
Injury cases involving any type of negligence by another party. This usually involves auto accidents, motorcycle wrecks, trucking accidents, wrongful death, DUI vicitms, dog bites, and unsafe premises cases.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
There are many phony billboard "lawyers" out there who don't actually go to court, and often make injury lawyers look cheesy or like "ambulance chasers." This isn't true. After a wreck with injuries, the law is thrust upon you whether you like it or not. You can quickly lose leverage and rights by talking to the insurance company before you speak to a lawyer, so that is why I want to get involved as soon after an accident as I can.
