What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We work on a contingency fee basis. No fee is collected upfront. We only collect a fee for our services if a recovery is made.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

When we are contacted by a client, we seek to immediately obtain all relevant information regarding a client's injuries, conduct a thorough investigation of the accident scene and put the insurance company and defendant on notice of our involvement.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Jeffrey Nadrich is a graduate of UC Hastings College of the Law, and is a member of the California Bar.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Following graduation from law school, Mr. Nadrich desired to help hard working Californians who had been injured through no fault of their own. In his early years of practicing law, he saw that there were many obstacles that prevented injury victims from obtaining fair value for their injuries and losses. He wanted to remove these obstacles, and that is when he decided to form a personal injury law firm which could represent injured plaintiffs on a contingency basis.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We represent injured plaintiffs from all walks of life, from CEOs to migrant workers.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We recently settled a case, where the insurance company had initially offered the client $500 to settle her personal injury claim. Thankfully, she called us before she accepted the offer, and we were able to subsequently negotiate a policy limit settlement for her. The process was not easy and required several rounds of negotiations on our part, but the end result was extremely rewarding for the client.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
