Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
We charge $0 unless we win!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
We like to meet our clients in person and get to know them so we can effectively represent them and communicate the facts and issues surrounding their case. Most cases begin in the pre-litigation phase with an insurance claim. When insurance companies refuse to make a fair settlement offer, we then file a lawsuit. Civil lawsuits are complex and have many twists and turns. More than 99% of all cases settle before trial. If the case does not resolve during litigation, then we take the case to trial and present it to a jury.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
When I was young, a family member was severely injured in a car crash and did not get a lawyer. I watched as the insurance company completely took advantage of her and paid her no money for permanent disability.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Speak to the attorney, ask questions, listen, read reviews from past clients and choose the one you feel most comfortable with handling your case. You want to make sure you hair an attorney who is experienced, gets good results and knows what they are talking about. Meeting an attorney in person is the best way to get a feeling for the attorney and the office.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
You should ask about the attorney's experience handling cases similar to yours and the results that they get for their clients. Not all attorneys are alike, some attorneys will try to force you to settle your case instead of filing a lawsuit or taking the case to trial. We, on the other hand, believe it is our obligation to get you every penny you deserve.
