We offer a no fee unless we win guarantee! This means we only take on cases that we are confident we can win. We also advance the expenses of the case so you don't need to worry. Only after we settle your case we take 33.3% of the settlement amount prior to litigation. We will get you the best medical care with no initial out of pocket expenses when possible.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We are particularly proud of a case that we recently settled where our client had initially tried to resolve the claim on his own, prior to finding our office. He was hit head on and his car flipped over and was totaled. The insurance company offered him $1,000 to settle his injury claim and refused to pay for his car until he agreed to accept the $1,000 for his injuries also. Within hours of hiring our firm, we made the insurance company issue him a check for the full value of his vehicle. Nevertheless, the insurance company still tried to minimize his injuries and offered a low ball settlement. After passionately and aggresively litigating his case, we were able to procure the maximum policy limits of $100,000.00 from the insurance company. While this was not one of our biggest settlements, it served as a stark reminder that the insurance companies will do anything and everything to shortchange injured people if we are not there to hold them accountable.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
