Introduction

My priority is to procure a resolution that works best for my clients. A lot of attorneys have "a one size fits all" approach to clients. Well, not every case is the same, and not every client is the same. I believe in being flexible and working with my clients to best suit their needs. I became an Attorney because I want to help people - simple as that. Living in today's society can be complicated, and unfortunately sometimes bad things happen to good people. Fortunately, we have a legal system that provides remedy for those who have suffered a loss or harm at the hands of others. That's where I come in - I am here to help.

No fee, unless I recover for you. I don't get paid unless you do!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

First, I'd like to get to know you! I believe in establishing a strong bond with my clients, so let's chat! Next, I want to know about the problem you're having. The more detail. the better. This helps me determine if I can help you or not. From there we can go several ways - file a claim, write a letter, make and appearance, file a suit - every case is different.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have a formal legal education which earned me my J.D. and my license to practice law in the State of California.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

My best advice would be to hire someone whom you believe to be representing you for the right reasons. There are far too many attorneys out there who view this as purely a business, and forget that we are here to serve out clients' needs, and that our clients come first.
