What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Payment for my legal services is set up on a contingency fee basis. This means that there is no fee unless there is a monetary recovery.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I usually set a confidential meeting at my office with a potential new client.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have an undergraduate business degree with an accounting concentration. My graduate degree is a Juris Doctorate.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I originally worked for a larger personal injury law firm that mostly represented injured railroad workers.

What types of customers have you worked with?

All types of customers. Children, teachers, government employees, doctors, construction workers, hair dressers, disabled persons, security guards, retired persons, hospital employees, car salespeople, business owners....to name a few.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Being an involved father...baseball coaching, assisting with soccer and karate, providing transportation for my son's schooling and activities with his friends. It's an ongoing project.

Find an attorney you are comfortable with, who is a good communicator, and experienced with your type of case.
