Introduction

We have over 26 years of expeience helping people with Car Accidents, Semi-Truck Accidents, Motorcycle Accidents, and Pedestrian Accidents. It is absolutely FREE to talk with us about your case. Also, if you hire our firm we have a No Recovery, No Fee Guarantee. We operate on a contingent fee basis. That means we never send you a bill, we don't charge our clients for telephone calls, and if we don't win then our firm is not paid. Not one dime. This allows anyone to be able to afford to hire a lawyer. We continuoisly sharpen our trial skills by attending the most cutting edge trial seminars and medical conferences. We have worked with experts all over the country to achieve successful outcomes for our clients. We also promise our clients that we exclusively practice personal injury law. That way our entire focus is on the types of personal injury cases that our clients have, without any outside distractions. This allows us to be more effective and efficient for our clients. We really enjoy getting to know our clients personally. It is important to us that we (Joe or John- the attorneys) speak directly with our clients to learn about their case and we provide them updates. We never pass our clients off to an associate attorney or paralegal to manage their personal injury case. From start to finish, clients can be confident that we will be there to manage their case.

Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
No Recovery, No Fee—It’s That Simple. We operate on a contingent fee basis. That means we never send you a bill, we don't charge our clients for telephone calls, and if we don't win then you don't pay our firm. Not one dime. This allows anyone to be able to afford to hire a lawyer.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
Potential clients call our firm and speak with an actual attorney about their case, not a paralegal and not a secretary. This helps us diagnose the situation to see if we think we can help. If so, we will email over a retainer agreement to get to work on your case as fast as possible.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
Most states require lawyers to participate in a minimum number of continuing legal education hours every year. Attorneys Joe Klenofsky and John Steward regularly participate in far beyond the required hours of continuing legal education by traveling all over the United States and attending the most cutting edge personal injury seminars and trial colleges.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
I began working as an intern at a plaintiff's personal injury law firm while in college. It was a calling and shaped my life. I attended law school, opened my firm, and never looked back. I knew my mission was to help people.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
*Car Accidents *Motorcycle Accidents *Semi-Truck Accidents *Pedestrian Accidents *Traumatic Brain Injuries (TBI) *Spinal Cord Injuries

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Make sure your personal injury lawyer is available to you. This is your case and you deserve a lawyer who educates you and guides you through the process. At Klenofsky & Steward, LLC we take great pride in being available to our clients. This is your case and you deserve it.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
Potential clients have so many questions: Who do I trust? Should I talk with the insurance company? How does the process work? Is hiring a lawyer right for me? How will I pay for all of this? While these are all great questions, there is no substitute for having a free phone call with us to talk about what happened to you. We pledge to listen, be honest, and give you our thoughts. We hope to hear from you soon.
