unfold fold

Obtain all at fault and viable insurance information 5. Send demand and Negotiate on your behalf when you finish treatment 6. What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
I went to Florida Atlantic University where I played college baseball and earned my BA. I then got my law degree from Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia. As a lawyer, I have successful won over 500+ cases and over $15 million for my clients. I have been recognized by Super Lawyers and considered top 40 under 40 Trial Lawyers in Florida.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
I knew I wanted to help people and do Plaintiff's personal injury when I was working at a defense firm whose job was to deny the injured's claim. I felt terrible everyday going to that office doing that type of work. I'll never forget having to write a motion to attempt to throw out a family's case that they brought on behalf of their deceased son who was injured due to someone else's negligence. I did not finish that motion and stop working at that firm and never did insurance defense again. Since then I have only represented the injured and I fight day and day out to ensure my clients receive the best possible outcome.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
Our firm has worked with all types of clients. We have handled over 500+ cases and we know what it takes to get the highest possible settlement for our clients.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Speak with a personal injury attorney immediately. The longer you wait, the longer you affect your case. Make sure you actually speak with an attorney on your initial call. A lot of firms will have you speak with a call center or a paralegal. If you don't speak with an attorney on your initial call, how do you know which attorney will actually be handling your case? Here at Workman Injury Law, you are hiring me to represent you and that is what you get.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
How often do I get updates? Do you litigate cases? These questions are extremely important. First, your attorney should be providing constant communication with you. If you hire my firm, you will have my personal cell phone at all times. Second, a lot of clients do not consider this. This is important because some firms do not actually file lawsuits. They send demands and settle. This is not always in the best interest of their clients. This is because often your case has much more value if a lawsuit is filed. At Workman Injury Law, we have successfully won 500+ cases in litigation alone. We know that litigation brings much more value at times to our clients’ cases and we are not afraid to file lawsuits and go to trial, if need be.
