What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

From the first moment an injured accident victim reaches out to us we do everything possible to help them get the greatest amount of money for their injuries and damages. We begin by investigating the facts of your accident, and gathering statements from witnesses. Then after you complete your medical care, we begin negotiations with the responsible person or company's insurance company. When the insurance company is unwilling to make an offer which we collectively feel is right, we file a lawsuit on your behalf, and unlike most personal injury attorneys, we will take your case to trial to get you the justice you deserve.

I have a B.S. in Public Relations and a J.D. As the victim of a serious accident himself, Joseph Lipsky knows the pain and difficulties injured accident victims face. After going through the legal process himself, Joseph Lipsky decided to dedicate his life as an attorney to helping other injured accident victims.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We helped a child who was seriously injured in a crash caused by a negligent truck driver. We were able to help our young client obtain the medical care she needed to reach a full recover, and yet obtain a multi-million dollar settlement which provided her with financial security.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
