What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We start with a free legal consultation. Then, if we decide to move forward, we gather some basic information about the accident or incident. After that, we sign the client up and send out a letter of representation, a letter of preservation of evidence, and a request for insurance information.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Our managing partners received their legal education from the University of South Carolina School of Law, which is renowned for producing excellent injury attorneys. The legal team that won the largest verdict in history was led by Ron Motley, a trial lawyer educated at the University of South Carolina School of Law. Although we can't (and don't) promise results, we can promise we'll put up a good fight.

What types of customers have you worked with?

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Pay close attention to who you're talking with. If you're talking with a call center, legal assistant, or paralegal, rather than an attorney, you may want to work with a firm that's going to give you a direct line of communication to your lawyer and pay close personal attention to your case.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

How often will I get to speak with my lawyer? Is a lawyer handling my case, or is my case being handled by an assistant or paralegal? Is my case a priority to your law firm, or am I going to get less attention because my case isn't a $million case?
