We don't get paid unless our clients get paid.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

After your initial consultation, we work on building our client's case (gathering evidence, policy limits, records and bills) while you treat with your medical providers. We aim to settle the case or file suit to get our clients the compensation they deserve.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Civil litigator licensed and practicing since 2006.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

We wanted to serve the diverse community of South Florida. We aim to provide personalized service, giving each client the individual attention they need.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have worked with all types of clients: minors, retirees, working individuals. We have also worked with clients who have left larger firms for the more personalized service of our boutique firm.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

One of our clients and his dog was attacked in his complex and we were able to successfully settle out of court for way more than the client expected.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Do you want to hire a firm where you can reach the attorney handling your case and where you have a team working for you? If so then we are just the firm for you.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

What evidence is available...did they take photos at the scene, was there video surveillance, were there witnesses and did they get the witness's contact information. Did they file a police or incident report? What are their injuries, and did they seek immediate treatment for their injuries? These are a few of the types of questions that will be addressed during the initial consultation.
