Introduction

I am obsessed with getting you as much money as I can while providing you with the best customer service along the way. For this reason, you will have my cell phone number. My goal is to help you and your family recover both physically and financially after an accident. I know what it's like to have a problem and want to speak with someone about it right now! I seek to provide this level of service. I help people that have been injured in all sorts of different accidents: cars, trucks, slipping and falling, dog attacks, boats, pedestrians, drunk drivers, motorcycles, bicycles, and more. If you've been injured, then I want to speak with you about how I can help. My practice is located in Watkinsville, Georgia in Oconee County but I serve people all over the state including in Cobb, Fulton, Gwinnett, DeKalb, Clayton, Henry, Walton, Barrow, Morgan, Clarke, Greene, and Oconee Counties. Call or text me today.

Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
I get paid on a contingency fee basis meaning you do not owe me anything up front. I get paid only if we obtain a recovery. If and when we do obtain a recovery, I get paid a portion of it.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
I typically schedule the potential client for a no charge consultation so I can better understand the client's needs and make sure it's something I can help the potential client with. If things progress, I would provide the client with some paperwork and then I begin working on the case immediately.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
For my undergraduate education, I graduated cum laude from The University of Florida. I then went to Michigan State University for my legal education. I take continuing education courses every year to make sure I am up to date on the latest law and I am always tweaking my practice to make sure I am providing the best possible service.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
My dad is an attorney so I knew from a young age I wanted to be a lawyer. I enjoy solving problems and helping people and personal injury law affords me the ability to do both. I also love being paid on contingency fee so I can provide legal representation to everyone with a claim.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
I have worked with all different kinds of clients with all different types of injuries and accidents from all over Georgia.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
I was able to obtain a very large recovery for a local firefighter. We were able to settle so it was quick and efficient.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
I would look for someone that does not have a lot of clients so that the firm will have enough time and resources to allocate to my claim. I would hire someone that uses custom strategies to obtain the best possible result. I would also hire someone who is committed to customer service. It is important to have someone answer the phone when you call and promptly respond to an email.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
Will I have my attorney's cell phone number? Will I be talking to the attorney or to a staff member?
