I like to give each client personal attention. My staff is very capable, but I make sure to have as much direct contact with my clients as necessary to make them comfortable that I have a personal commitment to their cases. What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Yes. I am required to do continuing education every year to maintain my professional license in good standing.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

My client came to me after terminating her previous attorney who is very well-known and does a tremendous amount of advertising. The previous attorney tried to convince her to settle her case for less than 1/4 of the available insurance, even though she still needed more treatment. In addition, the settlement recommendation by her prior was based on an incomplete demand package. Once I took over the case, I made sure my client obtained all of the medical treatment that she needed in a timely manner and I submitted a very thorough demand package to the insurance companies. I was able to settle the case for the full policy limits of the at-fault driver's policy as well as the full policy limits of my client's uninsured motorist policy.

Each case is different. No attorney can predict the precise outcome of a case with accuracy. The only thing I can do is give 110% effort to every case to ensure the best possible result is achieved.
