Contingency. We do not get paid unless you do, which means I will not take your case unless I think it is worth my time.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We conduct an intake interview and make a decision whether to accept the client's case. If we accept the case, we quickly work to obtain all available, relevant documentation.

What types of customers have you worked with?

The thing I love about personal injury is that I work with all types of people from all backgrounds. The one thing they have in common: they need the help of a good injury attorney. It does not matter where you are from, negligence does not discriminate.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

As a partner for a Manhattan based, National Injury firm I designed and implemented litigation against manufacturers and distributors of opioid narcotics on behalf of municipal and county governments.
