Introduction

I have been where my clients currently are. I have seen first hand how devastating an injury can be to a family when a breadwinner is injured and cannot work. When you hire me, I not only will fight aggressively for you, but I will be available to help you in any way that I can. Every single one of my clients has access to my personal cell phone number and I take calls any day of the week. When you hire me, you deal with me. I don't assign your case to some entry level associate or "farm it out" to some other firm like others do. When you want to speak to me, you will speak to me. When I first an injured person, they are in a terrible place. They are in pain, they can't work, they don't know how they will keep the lights on, and they don't know what to expect. They feel hopeless. The greatest joy I receive is to see their transformation at the conclusion of their case. To bring joy and happiness back to them and help them get their life back on track is an extremely rewarding experience that keeps me motivated to always perform my best.

Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
My initial cost is absolutely nothing. ($0.00). I will front all the costs and I will do all the work. I only take a fee if my client gets a recovery.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
Making sure they understand the process and understand their rights.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
I have a Law Degree from Loyola University Chicago, with Honors. My entire career, both as a lawyer and as a law clerk, has been helping injured people in Illinois. I am a member of the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association and the American Association for Justice. Both groups are devoted to representing the interests of injured people. I also attend numerous continuing education course throughout the year.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
When I was younger, my father was injured at our apartment complex. As a result, he could not work. I saw my family struggle. I also saw all that change when he hired a personal injury lawyer that helped us with my father's case. When I got older I knew that I wanted to help injured people, much like my father's injury lawyer helped us.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
Injured people of all ages and from all walks of life. I have handled car accidents, slip and falls, nursing home neglect, medical malpractice, and work injuries. Cases where the injuries were minor to catastrophic.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
Every single case where I have helped my client get the justice he or she deserves is a proud moment for me.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Make sure you have a personal connection with your lawyer. When you hire a lawyer, you will dealing with that person for a decent amount of time. You want to make sure that you like that person otherwise it will not be a pleasant experience. Make sure that your lawyer will be available for you. Ask for his or her cell phone number. If they don't give it to you, dump them on the spot. Do you want a lawyer that tells you when you can call without giving you an emergency contact number? Make sure that the person you hire, will be the person handling your claim. The big firms in Chicago can brag about having a big law firm, but, you may initially meet with the head attorney and never see him or her again.
