Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
There is no upfront cost. Our legal fee is a percentage of what we recover for our clients, depending on the type of case. This means we are not paid unless our clients are paid.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
We meet with potential clients to understand their circumstances. If we are able to help, we let the client know, and hopefully the client hires us. Once hired, we contact all the insurance companies and let them know to speak with our office going forward. We direct our new client to the best doctors and let them focus on treatment while we investigate the cause of their injuries.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and a Minor in Business from the University of Kansas in 2009. Law Degree from Washburn University School of Law in May 2012. United States Army combat veteran, Iraq 2004.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
I recovered $100,000.00 for a grandmother who was injured after a semi ran a stop sign and struck her vehicle. The process lasted about 7 months.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
