Introduction

Maze Law Offices, PLLC was founded on the awareness that a client has better success with their case when they have more direct and meaningful communication with their attorney. Our team puts clients first and works tirelessly to obtain the best possible outcome in your case. Unlike many lawyers you may see or hear on television and radio, we pride ourselves on our availability and attentiveness to our clients. We will take your case personally and be completely invested in answering all of your questions or concerns. The same cannot always be said for larger TV law firms and lawyers, who will not be able to devote the time and attention that your case deserves.

Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
1. We never charge you a dime, and only get paid if we win your case. 2. We never charge anything for those wanted to call or email for questions before choosing to hire us. 3. You are in control of what amount you want us to settle your case for.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
1. When you call, you get to speak with a licensed KY injury attorney the same day. 2. We set up time and place most convenient to you for us to meet. This can be morning or night, on weekends, and at our office or your home. 3. There is no obligation for speaking with us, and you never pay us a dollar out of your pocket.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
Prior to working with injured victims and their families, I have worked in court systems across Kentucky, becoming familiar with how each county operates differently, and treats their cases differently. No case is the same, and each client requires specialized treatment and a tailored game plan to get the maximum settlement they deserve. 2. I have lived and attended school in Eastern, Western, Central, and Northern Kentucky. Throughout these years, I have made invaluable connections and met countless experts and professionals. In so doing, our Kentucky Legal Team includes a vast network of resources which have proven time and time again to maximize settlements for clients. 3. Last, but not least, I have been on the other side as an injured client. This experience has given me the perspective which many attorneys do not have. Mainly, I know how overwhelming everything can be for you, and how you simply may need an attorney you can trust to take care of you.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
I have been through this process as a client, from start to finish. From a hospital bed to a settlement. I completely understand the stresses that you have over doctor visits and hospital bills. I also understand why a client may need to call at 8:00 at night or early on a Saturday morning. Your life does not revolve around a 9-5 window, and neither does our law firm. Having been in she shoes of an injured client, I understand how stressful everything on the legal side can be, which is why our firm strives to take as much of that stress off your plate as possible.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
We work with any person who has been injured by someone else. You don't need money to call us and you don't need money to hire us. If you have been hurt through no fault of your own, we will do everything we can to help you through everything and get you the settlement you deserve. Some examples of client's we have assisted involved: - Car Wrecks - Single Car Accidents (Passengers) - Motorcycle Accidents - Semi-Truck Collisions - ATV and RZR Accidents - Dog Bites and Animal Injuries - Slip and fall or Trip and fall injuries - Medical Malpractice - Defective Products Injury cases

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
Currently, we are working on renovating an office for a group of professionals who help those suffering from anxiety or PTSD. Many times, these mental injuries and emotional pains are often over looked after a motor vehicle accident. Of course, an insurance company may pay a settlement for a neck injury or broken arm, but what about the fear of driving or the feeling of anxiousness when trying to sleep? This has been a long process, but one we have been passionate about.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Make sure you get a feel that the attorney you hire is going to be easy to speak to when you need them. This may seem small, but the number one complaint that you hear from other clients is that their attorney never calls them back! Our office is constantly in contact with our clients and involving them in their case as much as possible. We take care of any bills you may receive and answer all the questions that may arise. We understand you are stressed. And not being able to get a hold of your attorney when you need makes things more stressful. This is why we provide you with the cell phone number of your attorney so you will always have quick access day or night.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
1. Customers should ask a professional what fees they charge and what is taken out of their settlement at the end. Too many times, I have had individuals who have called our office, after they have hired another firm, asking why the attorney took over half of their settlement. You want to be completely informed and not blindsided when you make such an important decision. 2. They should also ask a professional who will primarily be handling their case. Many times, the person you see on TV or hear on the radio from large commercial law firms will never work on your case or communicate with you. When you call our Kentucky Legal Team, you get to speak with your attorney on day one, and will work with that same attorney from start to finish. 3. Last but not least, make sure to hire someone you are comfortable with. You will be spending lots of time speaking and working with this attorney. You want someone who will treat you with respect and listen to you when needed. Having been in your shoes as a client, I can safely say, having an attorney that you can trust to pick up the phone when you need them makes everything so much easier.
