Introduction

I provide FREE initial consultations to anyone injured due to another's careless or reckless behavior. Whether you have a car wreck case, slip and fall case, or some other type of personal injury case, I only get compensated if I make a monetary recovery on your case. If no recovery is made, you owe nothing. I pride myself on providing a personal touch to each client’s case by responding to all communications in a timely fashion. I work hard to make sure my clients are financially compensated the amount they are owed due to another's careless actions. Following law school, I began working for an insurance defense law firm where I represented insurance companies against individuals seeking compensation for their injuries. After years of gaining valuable experience, I finally decided to open the Meagher Law Office to fight for the rights of injured people. I now use my intimate knowledge of the insurance industry to obtain maximum results for my clients.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I recently had a case where I represent an individual that was injured in a car accident. The client came to me several months after the car accident. The client had been dealing with the insurance company by herself and had gotten nowhere so she called me. After retaining her as a client, I eventually made a demand to the at fault driver's insurance company. In response to our demand offer, the insurance company only initially offered my client $5,000 to settle her claims. I told my client the offer was way too low. My client trusted me. I eventually had the client seen for an independent medical exam by a doctor I referred her to. Following the exam the doctor sent us a favorable report for the case. I then sent the doctor's report to the insurance company. In response, the insurance company only offered $10,000. I again advised my client the offer was way too low. My client trusted me so I then filed a lawsuit in the case. After litigating the case I finally got the insurance company to make a six figure policy limit settlement offer which my client accepted.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Will this lawyer file a lawsuit and fight for me in court? Will I be able to speak with the lawyer if I have questions about my case or will I only be able to speak with an assistant or case manager when I have questions? What are the fees that I would owe?
