Introduction

Your accident and injuries are serious, and I am here to take care of everything. After 40+ years of representing people just like you all across Massachusetts, I know exactly what to do on every aspect of your case. It doesn't cost you a penny to talk to me and I only get paid when you get money for your pain and suffering. Everything is handled remotely, and we can get started right now from the convenience of your home by phone/text/Zoom. No need for you to come into Boston to have a Boston lawyer representing you. Don't wait because there is a lot that the insurance companies can do to take advantage of you before we get involved. During your case you can call, text or email me seven "7" days a week until midnight and get the answers to your questions right there and then. I like to think that this is one of the major reasons that I am recognized by Boston Magazine [Lawyer's Edition] as one of the Top Personal Injury Lawyers in Massachusetts for 2022, 2023 & 2024. I have recovered tens of millions of dollars for my clients during my 40+ years in practice. If you want the money that you deserve, then reach out to me as I get results for my clients. We charge a contingency fee so talking is free and you only pay if we get you money for your pain and suffering. Call me right now to discuss your case and never forget that "YOUR CASE IS ONLY AS GOOD AS YOUR LAWYER!!"

Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
We only get paid if you recover for your injuries! [contingency fee]

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
I meet with them personally because I am their lawyer and they will know who I am and what I do right from the beginning.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
College, Law School and Continuing Legal Education and 39.5 years of experience!!

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
My family had both doctors and lawyers, but I wanted to combine the two so personal injury law gives me that opportunity.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
We handle personal injury cases of all kinds including: car accidents, motorcycle accidents, drunk drivers, wrongful death, dog bites and other animal attacks, truck accidents, slip/trip and fall type cases as well as wrongful death cases.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
We were able to recover over one million dollars for a family that was injured as a result of a drunk driver. That recovery was from the driver's insurance company, our clients' own company, the establishment where the drinking took place and the owner of the location where the establishment was located.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Look at their experience and whether or not they stay involved from the beginning of the case all the way to the end. You need to be able to reach them whenever you have questions day or night! My clients can call/text/email “7” days a week until midnight. Also, you need to be very comfortable with the lawyer as you will be working with them during the course of your case. That can turn into years if a case doesn't settle. Finally, make sure that they have state of the art technology and are paperless.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
Will this lawyer be there personally when I need them? I've heard too many cases of clients never being able to reach their lawyers and only talking to an assistant. My clients can call/text/email me "7" days a week until midnight and get a response!!
