What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Personal Injury: We represent clients that have been wrongfully injured on a contingency fee basis. This means that if there is no recovery in your case, you (or in this instance your mother because she would be the client) nothing pay. Criminal Defense: We represent the criminally accused on a flat fee basis that is determined by the level of the offense and one's criminal history.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Every case is unique. That is why at Sand Law, we handle every case on an individual basis. You can be assured that your case will be evaluated thoroughly by multiple professionals. In many cases, we hire investigators that travel to the scene of the incident and collect vital details. We will keep you informed every step of the way as your case progresses. In the event your case is taken to trial, our attorneys have a vast amount of trial experience with an abnormally high success rate.
