KENYON LAW FIRM is unique in that each client the Firm represents will work with the actual attorney handling the case in each stage of case whether it be criminal defense, DUI or a personal injury case. At the conference we will discuss the case in complete detail. The firm will provide the client with every piece of correspondence sent out on their behalf. The client and attorney will speak frequently to discuss case status, strategy and options. Each client will be treated with compassion and the utmost respect. The firms personal attention and results makes this firm unique. I love fighting for my clients rights in Court and resolving the case in a way that best protects my clients interests.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

The price for my legal services varies from cases to case. Certainly the severity and complexity of the case helps me to determine a fair price for the client

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

After a short telephone interview, I set an appointment up with the client. While I think my office atmosphere creates a professional feeling for the cliebt, I am gappy to meet them at a mutually convenient location. Its during this meeting that the client learnsore about me and I learn about the client and details of the case. Once I am retained, the client and I will have frequent and consistent communication concerning the case. Of course all communication is confidential.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Every year I attend continuing legal education courses in the areas of criminal defense, DWI and Personal Injury law. The law is constantly evolving and it is critical to keep on top of the changing laws.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have represented numerous clients charged with misdemeanor and felony level crimes ranging from traffic offenses to 1st degree Zip Murder.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I went to trial for a wonderful client who was severely injured in a Department Store. She slipped and fell so badly that she required multiple surgeries to her wrists. The Defendants fought hard to prevent her from obtaining the damages she deserved. She lost her job of over 30 years because of the injuries. We tried the case to a jury and recovered significant damages due negligent behavior.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure the attorney has the experience necessary to provide you the best representation possible.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Be prepared to provide a detailed account of the case.
