Introduction

I am a dedicated and experienced personal injury attorney that brings strong legal skills and an excellent ability to communicate and relate to clients. My approach to litigation is centered on obtaining the best possible result for my clients by trial to verdict or settlement. I have put this approach into practice by obtaining several substantial jury verdicts for my clients. My clients are never in the dark on their case. Unfortunately, individuals are injured on a daily basis by the negligence of another. Most people have never dealt with a personal injury lawsuit before. An injury can be life altering and many struggle with the difficult times that follow. I look forward in assisting my clients through the process as quickly and efficiently as possible. I have the resources and experience to provide aggressive and dedicated personal injury representation.

Contingency Fee. My firm only gets paid if we obtain an award for the client. The firm also can lay out the expenses for the case.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I am licensed to practice law in New York and Connecticut. I am an active member of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association and have been named a Super Lawyers Rising Star for 12 years running. unfold fold
I recently helped a truck driver obtain a settlement for the insurance full policy of $1 million dollars. The insurance company offered the man only $40,000 after the accident. The client then came to me and I helped him set up his lost wage reimbursed and litigated his case successfully for a $1 million dollar settlement. He was so thrilled that he did not settle with the insurance company on his own and retained me as his attorney.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Choose the lawyer that will explain the process honestly and not one that promises a quick resolution or a hefty pay day

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
Ask the professional about their expertise in the field and what consists of the litigation process. Attorneys cannot make guarantees but a good attorney will explain the legal process thoroughly.
