Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I recently settled a case where the insurance company had taken a "no-pay position." After years of depositions and litigation they reviewed the file again and settled for close to their policy limits.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

ALWAYS ASK A LAWYER FOR HIS/HER CELL PHONE! The number one complaint I hear from people is that they can't reach their attorney. Unless I am on trial, you will get return call asap.
