What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Your initial consultation is always free. For some services we offer a flat fee pricing. For other services we can work on "contingency" which means you don't pay if we don't win. We even offer totally free wills to seniors over 65 as a part of our "Free Will Friday" initiative. Call us to learn more.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We will want to discuss your unique situation and ask a lot of detailed questions. What we DON'T want to do is just charge forward without understanding your needs. Once we have a grasp of your situation, we can discuss how to best approach it, and our suggestions for what comes next.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have worked on simple wills up to multi-million dollar cases. We have fought against casinos and huge corporations, and we have defended our clients rights in very simple cases. We always put our clients needs first, no matter how large or small.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We are very proud of our "Free Will Fridays" project. Through it we offer totally free wills to senior citizens in Henderson. They get real legal counsel at no charge. It's a great way we can support the community and be more than "bloodsucking lawyers."
