I work on a contingency fee. I deduct my fee from any settlement or verdict at the end of the case.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I like to meet prospective clients asap. I give them my cell phone and stay available 24/7.

Brandeis 1994. Penn Law 1997. Summa Cum Laude. Phi Beta Kappa.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

As a summer associate I worked on civil suits for victims of sex crimes.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I work with all kinds of victims...People who are hurt in car accidents, victims of crimes, children hurt at school, etc...

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I recently settled a case where the insurance company had taken a "no-pay position." After years of depositions and litigation they reviewed the file again and settled for close to their policy limits.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

ALWAYS ASK A LAWYER FOR HIS/HER CELL PHONE! The number one complaint I hear from people is that they can't reach their attorney. Unless I am on trial, you will get return call asap.
