We offer personal attention from the very beginning, starting with a personal appointment with your lawyer. You will leave our initial meeting with my direct contact information because I believe that communication is the key to putting forth the best case on your behalf. I pride myself on being available to my clients and pushing for maximum compensation in every case. I enjoy helping people in their time of need. I believe that providing my clients information about what they are facing helps get them through the difficult time and strive to do just that. My work generally pits my clients against an insurance company who will do everything within their power to avoid their responsibility to accident victims. It is fulfilling to step in and take up that battle and help in ultimately obtaining a money recovery for those who have been wronged.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We work on a contingent fee basis, meaning that we do not earn a fee unless we obtain a successful recovery. Our fee is 1/3 (33.3%) of the sum recovered.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I typically will have an in person, one on one meeting that takes anywhere from one to two hours where I will get to know a person, discuss all of the details of their incident, accident and injuries and explain the legal process including what to expect initially and overall.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I am an attorney licensed to practice law in the State of New York. My educational background includes a BA from Fordham University and a JD from St. John's University School of Law.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

My background helped me learn this business from the bottom - up; I started as a legal assistant at a local personal injury firm then moved through the ranks to Law Clerk, Associate attorney and now Partner.
