Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
Jess believes that when you are the victim of an accident that wasn't your fault, you shouldn't have to pay for a lawyer unless and until they have secured a recovery on your behalf. The fee earned by the Jessica Corley Law Firm is paid out of the settlement proceeds and never invoiced or billed to the client directly. So Jess doesn't get paid until you get paid. It is a part of Jess's Don't Stress. Call Jess! commitment to make sure you can get the help you deserve with as little hassle as possible.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
First, we will start with a FREE case evaluation. Once it is clear I can add value for the client a contract will be signed and I will take over handling the insurance companies. I will make sure you are getting the treatment you need and investigate and gather evidence about the accident and the person that caused it. Then collect your medical bills and records. Then a demand package will be sent to the insurance company and negotiations will begin. Timing and controlling what information is given when is key to insuring we maximize the value of your case.
