I offer a discount to military, school teachers and first responders.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I start off with listening to the clients concerns, getting to know the client, what the important issues are and then set out a plan to achieve the client's goals.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have 30 years of experience as a trial lawyer and family lawyer handling complex divorce and custody matters.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I enjoy helping people during difficult time of their lives.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I work with all types of clients. I have handled complex divorce and child custody matters to very simple uncontested matters. The process is the same, understanding your client, setting realistic goals and implementing a plan to achieve the goals.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Family law cases are different. An uncontested divorce with no children can be completed in as little as 60 days and a contested divorce can take up to 18 months to complete.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Be comfortable the attorney you hire. Hiring the correct attorney can be the difference in a good settlement and a bad one. The best attorney is not always the cheapest one. You need an attorney that will tell you what the law is so you can make informed decisions. What happened in your friends divorce does not mean it will happen in yours. The facts are different in each divorce case.
