What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We offer flat fee pricing as well as hourly pricing depending on the legal matter and what is best for the customer. We also offer military and other discounts.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

The first step is a free consultation... either in person as an office appointment or over the phone as a phone appointment. This allows us to discuss issues and make sure we (the attorneys) are on the same page as the customer. If the customer decides to hire us, we then have an initial strategy meeting and discuss the best way forward. This may include several other strategy meetings, depending on how best to proceed.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have a Bachelors Degree from the University at Buffalo, (Buffalo, NY); University of Strasbourg (Visiting Student - International Legal Studies Strasbourg, France); Juris Doctor Regent Law School (Virginia Beach, VA)
