We offer a free consultation. If we take on your case, the fee is contingency based. Meaning our firm gets paid a percentage of the gross recovery and if no recovery, then no attorney fee.

Starts off with a free consultation. Then we decided if we would like to work with each other.

I am continually participating in courses to improve my skills as a trial attorney and as a personal injury attorney.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I believe I always wanted to be a lawyer and help people.

All types of personal injury - Car crashes, wrongful death, civil rights, medical malpractice and so on.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I always have a steady case load of personal injury type cases ranging from car crashes to wrongful death type cases. Each case is different, so it is hard to say how long a case will take. Once I know the specifics of your case, I can give my best estimate based off experience.

Make sure you hire an attorney you trust and will take the time to explain all your options.

What is the attorney's experience handling similar matters? Where does the attorney see the case going? What are the strengths and weaknesses of the case? What are the fees? What costs will you be responsible for if you lose? Who will handle your case? What is your case worth?
