Introduction

🔋 Busy professionals: Get real, one-on-one, In-Home Personal Training — not an app or video — an actual pro, inside your living room. If you are aged 35 to 65, and ready to rebuild your strength, mobility, and confidence – without constantly being in the gym, let’s chat! I specialize in working with everyday people (not fitness fanatics) who want in-person, personalized guidance, a low-pressure approach, and sustainable wellness that sticks. This program is for you if you’re: ✅ Ready for lasting change, not into traditional gyms. ✅ Feeling stuck, stiff, or sluggish — and don’t know where to start ✅ Managing stress or burnout and want a mind-body reset ✅ Willing to commit to in-home weekly sessions and 3 months of focused effort Here’s what you’ll get: 🤔 Direct 1-on-1, individual, safe in-your-home training and accountability 🧭 Comprehensive assessment and personalized roadmap process ↗️ Simple guidance on movement, mindset, and meal basics 🧘 No gym, no judgment 👀 Individualized sessions per week, customized to your needs 🏋️‍♂️ Equipment provided, or we can use yours 🌎 Personal between appointment accountability support via Marco Polo chat I know that the program will work for you! Here are just some ways the program has impacted lives: 📢 I do know being in this program the last four months focusing on taking care of myself and focusing on empowering beliefs definitely causes major change. — Debi 📢 The elements are just amazing with helping me handle stress, and the mindful moments really help. — Tiana S 📢 One thing I like about this group is it's not rainbows and butterflies all the time. But we're together on the journey, and we're helping each other. — Wendee S 📢 Being part of the 30 Days of Do program has been incredibly valuable and life-changing. Having a group of people to check in with, be accountable to, and love on and get loved by is truly the bomb. It pushes you to look outside of your current view, connect with others across the globe, and be wholly yourself in a safe environment. Vulnerability isn't just encouraged, it's celebrated—and that's one of the best things ever. —Melissa D ✉️ How to Get Started Thumbtack will ask you a few quick questions to learn about your goals and schedule. Once you complete the form, I’ll personally review your info and typically respond with 90-minutes. We’ll chat, then set up a free 15-minute intro call to see if it’s a good fit for you. No pressure. Just a real conversation to explore what you need and how I can help. ⛔️ This program is not for you if: - You're looking for quick fix, rapid and unsustainable weight loss or aggressive training - You prefer group fitness or gym environments - You're unwilling to invest time, energy for exclusive 1-on-1 support I'm looking forward to seeing if my program is a perfect match for you for sustainable, consistent, documented results of your journey!
