What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Discounts are available with the purchase of 12, 24, 48 and 96 one hour session packages. You can also pay per session as you go (no discount)

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

All new customers need to complete a fitness and body assessment with one of our trainers

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

All of our trainers have a current national certified personal training license at a bare minimum…most have multiple fitness and nutrition certifications and specializations

How did you get started doing this type of work?

We opened this franchise during COVID-19 to provide a safe means of training from your home, a private gym, or place of work as opposed to training at a box gym. Our highly experienced trainers customize fitness programming specifically to your body and tailor it to maximize achieving your goals in the timeframe allotted. Our premium service offers peace of mind, reliability, effectiveness, and the ability to track your progress through our custom app.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure your personal trainer has a current national certification, a current CPR card, has liability insurance, is background checked, and is drug tested…all GYMGUYZ trainers meet these requirements 👍🏻

What are your fitness goals? What is your weekly or monthly budget? Are you able to trainer with a partner or multiple partners to bring down the cost? Would you like a personal trainer to come to you or possibly meet you at a private gym? Do you need equipment provided?
