My services cost $40 per session, and no long-term commitments or contracts. The monthly cost depends on the frequency and duration of sessions, and multiple billing options are available to you to best fit your budget and goals.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

When you first reach out, I'll get a basic understanding of your goals and what you're looking for in a personal trainer. I offer everyone a free training session and consultation, this way you can experience a full training session to make the most informed decision as to whether you would like to continue. At the same time, it gives me an opportunity to learn more about you to establish a plan to move forward.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I am a Certified Personal Trainer. I also have a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I grew up an athlete and loved moving my body and being active. I also discovered a love of helping others as I got older. For me, Personal training was an easy choice to pair those passions.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I work with mostly with beginners who want to establish a fitness journey for the first time, or who have struggled with consistency on their journey and the past.
