What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Pricing depends on the type of program the client is interested in. Since everything is personalized and tailored for each clients needs, pricing may vary.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

The first and m most important thing we like to go over is what the customers needs and wants are. Every single person's goals are equally important to us and we want to make sure we approach their fitness in the way thats most congruent with their goals. We ask a series of questions that helps us completely personalize each clients programs. We also document their initial starting point through progress pics so we can gauge progress not only visually but systematically as well.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

All of our trainers are NASM and ASFA certified and have a cumulative 15 years of experience in the field.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I (the owner Rigo) have been a personal trainer since 2009.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We've worked with people from complete beginners to competitive/professional athletes and bodybuilders. We have experience with every body type, condition, sport, and hobby. We also have a focus on business professionals and careers with hectic schedules.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

In the personal training industry you get what you pay for.

Have your goals clearly defined and ask questions that are congruent with your goals.
