What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We do month-to-month pricing and have it set where it can be reasonable and budget conscious. We do group sessions, one on one sessions of all varieties to accommodate different fitness levels and price points. Everything is listed on our website. We are very transparent about pricing and packages we offer.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Once you reach out to us me I determine what you will need based on a free consultation and training session. We sit down with you and talk about what you want to do, what your goals are, where you are at right now and assess your posture/movement in a mini workout. Once we understand your goals and physical needs we can formulate a program that’s very individualized.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have multiple certifications and have been training as 1 on 1 and group fitness instructors for over 25 years.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

My father died of late onset diabetes do to lifestyle related decisions. It was a really big eye-opener for me and that’s what started my fitness career.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We primarily work with men and women between the ages of 25 and 80. Most of our clients would like to get healthier, lose weight and tone up.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I helped one of my clients lose 100 pounds. It was a process it took almost a year but she was so thrilled with the results. It changed her life and the life of her family. I love affecting change and I love helping people. It’s a true passion.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Please look at the approach of your trainer. Is your trainer certified? Does your trainer look at your physical foundation in order to build a program? Is the trainer flexible with our approach And can accommodate your schedule and needs.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

They should think through what they not only want to accomplish but how they’re going to fit it into their current lifestyle. It’s important for fitness to become an activity like brushing your teeth in the morning. You get up and just do it! Also you need to wrap your head around the psychological components of life in general. We all get busy, but as 2020 proved your Health is everything.
