What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

The hourly fee is based on thousands of hours of training in both Muay Thai and Fitness (including 9 Muay Thai fights and 6 months spent training in Thailand and several state and national championship belts) Included in the fee is a tailored workout plan which is yours to keep, ongoing text and phone support and nutrition advice and guidance. Additionally, each 60-minute session will take you closer to your predetermined goals. With my help you will get the results you seek, whether that be a 6 pack, 250lb squat, confidence, self-defence, more energy, etc. Small consistent steps in the short term yield big results over the months and years.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Typically we begin with a half price taster session where we see if we would be a good fit for each other. We discuss challenges and goals and I give an idea of what a typical session might look like. Should the customer wish to go ahead we next develop a plan for them and begin building the habits necessary to achieve their goals. We then get to work, consistently getting better every day with the 1-2-1 coaching and ongoing phone support. I don't just turn up, make you do some burpees and leave, I become a constant influence in your life. I offer an outside perspective on your challenges with zero judgment ever! No one is perfect. I mess up every day, but we can improve our situation, our mindset and our habits daily.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I've trained and fought Muay Thai under Derry McCourt (Muay Thai 8) for 3 years who is still a personal mentor of mine to this day. I've spent 6 months training out of Super Pro Samui (Thailand) and 4 months training out of Nukzu Muay Thai (Australia) I spend two years training out of Syndicate MMA Las Vegas under the coaching of John Wood, Tom Lawler, Walker Vivian and Rich Grindle. The last four years I’ve been training and fighting out of The Resistance Fitness Center. I’ve won 9 fights and several national and state championships. I’m a NASM certified personal trainer specializing in weight loss and muscle gain. I am a Chek holistic lifestyle coach.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I shot up to 6ft5 at 16 years old, and was obviously very skinny. I got in a little trouble at school started seeking out ways to become stronger. I became obsessed with defending myself and being as strong and muscular as possible. My obsession has since morphed into a passion for success, discipline, getting better every day and helping others do the same.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I've worked with Muay Thai fighters that need to be as powerful and explosive as possible. Overweight teenagers who are sick of getting bullied Underweight teenagers who lack confidence Overweight moms who just want to feel confident, happier and have more energy to enjoy life.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

My client Alex lost 60lbs in 6 months after setting his ‘scary deadline’ to travel to Thailand to train Muay Thai. Alex’s strength, muscle mass and bio markers all improved dramatically during this 6 months.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Ask for a taster/consultation session to sample their coaching style before you make your decision. They should make you feel comfortable and excited to grow all while keeping you accountable and ensuring safe consistent growth.
