From playing basketball and other sports, I found a passion for fitness.  My decision to become a trainer started with a freshman who didn't know how to use the weight room. After months of working with the freshman to gain strength and build muscle, I realized this is a passion to pursue, a passion to change lives through fitness. With over 14 years of experience, I have changed a lot of people's lives through fitness. I have trained clients who need to be conditioned to serve in the armed forces. Plus, I have trained clients who wanted to pursue law enforcement to build up their muscle endurance.
