What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Contact to receive your 2 free sessions to assess you that week. Message to start Ig: peakphysiqueoc Ig: _peaktrainingfacility Sign up minimally for 8 sessions get 4 sessions free for the first month. 3 month minimum commitment to ensure you get the best program and accountability. Sessions to be programmed between a minimum of 2x a week up to 6x a week! Pricing per session drastically reduces with more sessions committed during the week. Most of my clients start at 2x a week and end up moving up to 3-5x a week after seeing results in strength gains, reduction/elimination of pains, and lastly seeing positive results in their physique! Online coaching is $300 a month

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

In person we would complete a fitness assessment and talk about goals. Then decide on what course of action best suit your needs. Lastly then decide on amount of sessions per week and duration of program. Online is the same with questionnaire.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have all of my official certifications from ISSA. Certifications in fitness training, nutritional coaching, and CSCS.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I have always enjoyed working with people in some way or another. Fitness is a great lifestyle habit to have and I find helping others see that is very important.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with high school athletes, collegiate athletes, young kids in sports, elderly, and everyday people looking to just have a healthier life.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I currently am selling 2 inch thick bar pads for hip thrusts and Glute bands. Paired together you can see immense changes in your lower body and glutes!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Look for someone who is invested in you. Find a coach eager to help jump thru those hurdles alongside you. A coach will encourage and guide you into a better you. A coach will not only create a plan for you but will teach you in the why the program was designed for you.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Main questions I get are about duration of coaching, availability, flexibility in scheduling, credentials and lastly pricing. How long should I sign up for minimally to get great results and experience? A: 3 months minimum to see good results up to 1 year for great results and change in lifestyle. Are you as a client available to work alongside your coach? A: If yes than the process will be enjoyable and with great reward. Is your coach flexible with life events or unexpected occurrences? A: Our coaches understand that life happens and we have a generous call off policy and we roll over unused sessions under those circumstances. What type of credentials does this coach have? Kinesiology degree, NASM & ISSA Fitness Certification, NASM & ISSA Nutritional Coach Certification, ISSA Strength & Conditioning Certification Do I pay up front, in payments, and for how long? We prefer payment be upfront after signing of offer. We also except a deposit and allow finishing of paying before sessions end. We see a variety of clients who sign up for 3 months, 6 months, 9 months and up to 12 months.
