What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

There are discounts for prepaid personal training and partner training packages (10, 15 or 20 sessions). Available for travel to local gyms, private parties, group training or yoga sessions on weekends only, rates vary.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Ace Certified Personal Trainer with a background in weight training, martial arts, calisthenics, circuit training, yoga, strength and conditioning. I've completed over a dozen Tough Mudder and Spartan obstacle races and completed my Trifecta in the World Championships.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I was working full time in high tech and taught group fitness classes during my off hours and weekends. I enjoyed it so much I started to transition away from my office job to pursue my passion in fitness.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I train everyone from gym novices to advanced athletes and everyone in between. My training program caters to a diverse clientele: teens building athleticism and agility, postnatal women looking to tone up and shed baby weight, young professionals striving to gain muscle strength and size, and even senior citizens seeking to improve mobility and functionality.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

This summer a client wanted to get rid of his dad-bod. build muscle and shed body fat. He started training with me 5 days a week and strict with his nutrition plan. At the 8 week check-in his he was down 14 pounds and shed 5.3% body fat. His strength gains nearly doubled and his physique looks incredible.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure you visit the training studio to see if has the right equipment, meet him/her to make sure personalities mesh well and do a trial session to ensure its the type of training that you would like to continue to help you on your fitness journey.
