No membership or long-term commitment is required. We train individuals, buddies and small groups. We have an effective and functional training style that works for everyone regardless of age or ability level. We specialize in weight loss and toning. The next step for our process of working together is for you to try us out with a complimentary one-hour consultation, which includes goal assessment, measurements and a workout. We have been shaping up San Diego since 1997. Our service prices are private 30 minute sessions $55 and semi-private 30 min sessions $40. Session packages are month to month and further discounts are available for 6 month and 1 year up front packages. We have been the most hired trainer on Thumbtack for the last 4 years. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We get to know you and your goals and benchmark your current fitness level, then take you through a customized workout and go over a nutrition plan for you also. We take your goals seriously and develop a fitness program that helps you reach your goals in a very realistic and efficient manner.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Personal trainer certification and have been in the industry for 18 years. Before and after photos of results I have achieved for my clients over the years.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I developed a passion for fitness due to struggling with body image problems as a youth. Working out gave me motivation and confidence to inspire other people to a lifestyle of health and fitness.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I had a client who was extremely overweight and hated working out but knew she needed to get the weight off for her health. Now she loves coming in to workout and she has lost 25 lbs in 3 months and is on her way to losing 100 lbs! I also have a male client who is very thin and has wanted to gain weight for the last few years. After struggling through his first 3-4 workouts, he has gained 10 lbs and is getting close to his goals!
