I graduated from California Miramar University with a bachelors degree in business administration while playing baseball throughout my college years. It was through baseball that I developed a passion for strength training.
I trained friends, family, and coworkers with the knowledge I gained from my own personal training as an athlete. I was always able to help people get stronger and see results.
In 2024, I was able to help people lose fat as well once I learned more about nutrition. At that point, I decided to start my training business as an in person trainer and online fitness coach due to my passion for fitness and helping others achieve their fitness goals.
