Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
I have multiple packages that fit the needs of different individuals and I have payment plans available as well. Occasionally I will have discounts or bonus sessions added into the program.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
My typical process for working with a new client is simple. We run threw a 45min assessment along with a series of questions so I can see where the client is in their fitness journey. Following that we will then see what type of cadence is best for them and we will progress week by week.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
- Bachelors Degree in Kinesiology concentration in Sports Medicine - Bronze level Olympic Trainer

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
I began as an intern for California Baptist University in the athletic training department. Where I worked with athletes in their rehabilitation and strength and conditioning process. Shortly after I graduated with my Bachelors Degree in Kinesiology concentration in sports medicine in 2016.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
I have worked with a wide range of population. From the division 1 athlete, to senior citizens, to general population (18-50), to highschool athletes, and with individuals that have had injuries. This has been for the past 7+ years.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
I would highly consider individuals looking at the clients experience and achievements during their training process with the trainer. If the client is met with their needs and has a great experience then that is a good sign for a quality trainer.
