I charge on a monthly basis and the more sessions you book per month, the higher the discount.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I like to start with an assessment session to know the trainee better. The goal is to learn about previous experience and observe form and strength to tailor a training that can be challenging but at the same time fits their fitness level.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Fitness has always been part of my life. Growing up I spent my time surfing, skateboarding, practicing Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Capoeira and hitting the gym from a young age. I decided to make my passion my career when I moved to the US and I love working with all types of people who want to take control of their health.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with all types of people! Age, size, ability or life stage don't matter as much as your mindset. Whether you have a lot of weight to lose, want to focus on body recomposition, build muscle or just want to feel better in your body I am here to help.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Recently I helped one of my clients drop 60 lbs of fat and gain 20 lbs of muscle within 6 months. We train 4 days a week consistently, and on the days he isn’t with me he is coming in and working super-hard on his own! It has been an absolute pleasure watching his self confidence grow as he gets leaner and stronger. That's exactly why I love what I do because it’s so satisfying that I improved someone’s life for the better.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

First of all make sure the trainer is in good shape and practice what they preach. Secondly, make sure you like them and feel comfortable with their style and approach. Can you see yourselves working with them long-term?

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Are you willing to commit to change? Are you willing to sacrifice for your goals? Is this realistic? Are you willing to prioritize your fitness goal?
