What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

All packages include nutrition counseling and meal plans. Cheaper rates are available when purchasing larger packages.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

When bringing in a new client I go through an array of question regarding your daily activities your eating habits exercise habits and injuries past or present and a few other health related questions. From there we discuss your goals and I give a professional opinion of how many times a week you should be active and what type of activities you need to do in order to achieve them. Then I take you out onto the floor for a workout so you can get an idea of how your training sessions would be if you were to join.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I am certified for personal training yoga kickboxing teaching swimming Aqua fitness and nutrition. I've worked with every type of individual from cancer patients to professional athletes and have produced nothing but health and success!

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I fell in love with personal training during college after my prosperous track and field career was cut short with a terrible injury. As I learned more about the human body I got a better understanding of how the body works and how it responds to stress. Since then I've been helping individuals lose weight tone up best diabetes and high blood pressure and live over all heal other lives!

What types of customers have you worked with?

I've worked with cancer and post cancer individuals. Working closely with their diets and exercise to contain cancer cells from duplicating at their current rates. I've done tons of work with individuals looking to beat self causing health issues like high cholesterol, diabetes, hypertension etc.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I recently had a client come in looking to lose weight I order to get rid of the sleep apnea she had been suffering from, as well as being a borderline diabetic, on top of having lower back issues. To make things worse she was 210lbs over weight! So I modified her diet placed her a specific resistance training regimen and she was able to drop 90lbs in the 1st 4 months and in less than a year she was down to a healthy weight body fat percentage and is happier now than she has ever been!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

It's important that you as a costumer are looking for a trainer that is not only passionate about their work but highly knowledgeable and a nitche for teaching clientele. You want to be able to learn from your trainer so that you are not dependent on a trainer. After we are done I endure you will know more than you ever have in regards to your body and your nutrition.
