I am a functional trainer that utilizes correctional exercises as needed. I am also MFN certified, an obesity fitness specialist. Not everyones’ weight issues are a food or exercise cause. It is multifaceted and I work with you at your level. Also everyone has in balances that need to be strengthened. I incorporate tempo training which allows you to slow down and focus on form. I also utilize high reps with low weights often, but not always, depending on the person. This allows for muscular endurance to produce lean muscles and stronger bodies. I always finish my sessions with myofacial release and stretching which is important to prevent injuries and continue working out.
