I'm Jon, a Functional Movement Coach and Corrective Exercise Specialist with 15+ years of experience training here in West LA! My philosophy is; as we get older, our movement patterns become compromised through the conveniences of modern life. Long hours at the computer, texting, driving and evenings on the couch lead to structural imbalances across our body. With imbalance comes a heightened risk of injury. At Strength in Balance, I take a physical therapy based approach to personal training, correcting faulty movement patterns and helping you build a strong foundation on your journey to physical wellness.
