I am Josh, the Owner of Elite Fitness Training. We offer customized in-home workout programs for individuals, couples, and small groups by our team of certified personal trainers. Our personal training services are available at 3 convenient locations:
1.) the private Elite Gym in Campbell
2.) through in-home sessions (we come to you!)
3.) and/or virtually on our exclusive fitness app, Trainerize!
We proudly serve clients in the South Bay Area, East Bay Area, & the Peninsula.
Elite Fitness Training includes:
1.) Comprehensive and intensive workout programs with guidance (beginner, intermediate, or advanced).
2.) Nutritious meal plans that fit your lifestyle including nutrition planning and grocery shopping assistance.
3.) Increased motivation and accountability from your coach so that you can live a healthy and active lifestyle.
4.) Optional: In alignment with your health and wellbeing goals, our certified Stretch Therapist, Amanda, is available of service to assist with your maintenance and recovery!
The per session rates will depend on the following:
1.) Are you looking for: One-on-one, Couples, or Group Training?
2.) Where will the training take place: In person/virtually, hybrid (mix of In-person and online), In-Home or at the Elite Gym?
3.) What fitness and health program fits you best? This requires an in-depth assessment about your journey, where you're currently at and what exactly we are accomplishing together.
4.) Physical evaluation and which workout is in alignment with your plan and goals while coinciding with your abilities and capabilities?
5.) Commitment level: How many workouts on a regular basis and for how long of a period of time are you willing to commit? Likewise, what is the commitment that will be required from our end?
In order to discover all of the above, we must set-up a FREE in-person consultation. The most popular EFT packages are around $125/session.
