What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

The first step is the 60 minute consultation to discuss what areas of your body you'd like to change. Then, I develop a plan to get you to help you achieve your goals. This will determine the amount of sessions you will need monthly and weekly.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have a BA from San Francisco State and over 10 personal training certifications including: NASM: National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer NASM: National Academy of Sports Medicine Corrective Exercise Specialist American Council on Exercise Certified Personal Trainer Pre/Post Natal Certification CPR/AED certified by the American Red Cross NASM: National Academy of Sports Medicine Fitness Nutrition Specialist Zumba instructor Certified​

How did you get started doing this type of work?

My calling in life is to help others take control of their diet and exercise habits. It's my mission to fight against the climbing obesity rates in America by encouraging people of all ages to start with small steps towards a healthy life!

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I’m proud of being a resource for women wanting to lose weight and feel better about themselves. With over 13 years of personal training experience, my clients have lost over 800 pounds combined! Additionally, I recently created, Renew, an organic, plant-based, meal delivery service saving professionals time by curating every meal designed for weight loss. Renew meals are delivered nationwide.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Training is a commitment and it is important to make sure you are dedicated to achieving your goals. Make sure you come to training ready to do the work, complaint-free. It's taking the first step and saying "I'm done living an un healthy life and I want my confidence back". This is a huge step and shouldn't be taken lightly. When things get tough, remember why you started.

What are your fitness goals? What have you been doing to get to those goals? Why have or why haven't you gotten there yet? We start out the consultation with a questionnaire that will provide key resources of WHY you want to feel better and become stronger.
