What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

-Consulting and assess at the initial meeting. -Signed and submit all agreements before second meeting (first session).

B.S Kinesiology NASM certified personal trainer CPR/AED BLS

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I've been always enjoying playing sport when I was growing up. When it came the time to decide what major I was going to, the human movement captured me and I found out about Kinesiology/exercise physiology. I started working with special need young adult, adult and senior. Everyone has their unique experience and problems, together we conquer and reach our goal.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I worked with a senior in her 80s, she had a stroke a year ago, she gained lost of weight due to wheelchair bound. We work together for about a year, she was able to walk slowly with a walker and started to control her appetite.
