What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We go over specific goals, time frames , and the reasons for looking for change . We creat a game plan together to ensure the client is happy and will see results . I will also be giving assessments before we start to ensure proper body movements .

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I am a Certified Personal trainer through NASM and I have worked in the gym industry for 3+ years . I understand what people need and how to help them .

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I’ve always loved working out and being active, so I started working at a local gym. I became one of the managers of the gym, but the aspect of the job was more operations related and sales rather than one on one communication with clients and helping clients change their lives . While working at the gym I decided to get a personal trainer myself because no matter how much I worked out I couldn’t get the results I was looking for. It turns out that when you’re working with someone who know what’s you want and knows how to get you there it can really make a difference in your body . Immediately I saw results within a month and within the course of half a year my body had changed drastically. I was finally starting to look and feel the way I had always wanted . I fell in love with the experience of working out and the feeling that reaching a goal gives you that I decided to switch career paths and become a personal trainer. I want to not only help clients look their best and feel their best but I want them to have a better understanding of how to workout . I want my clients to be well equipped with knowledge technique and confidence to be able to continue their new lives styles .

I have worked with both female and male clients with weight loss goals, muscle growth or overall fitness goals

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Find a personal trainer that will hold you accountable , someone who will have daily contact with you and motivate you every step of the way. Change is hard and if you don’t have that support you can easily be throwing your money to the trash with someone who doesn’t care about you’re success. Im here to help you change, help you find confidence , motivation , happiness and most importantly a new mind set .
